Extrude

You can extrude the vertices, edges and faces of a mesh by using the Extrude operation. This allows you to extend the vertex, edge or face outwards from the mesh (as well as into the mesh, if extruding faces).
Activate extrude
Before you activate extrude, please start editing an object by following the Activate edit mode section at this page.
- Select the vertices, edges or faces to extrude by enabling the Select tool and clicking on them with the main
trigger. - Point at the submenu for the edit mode, and click on
Extrude.
Make an extruded vertex, edge or face
- Grab the selected vertices, edges or faces, using the main
squeezebutton. - While grabbing the selection, move the controller to create an extrusion. The extrusion will follow the position and orientation of the controller.
