Experimental headsets

Freebird has experimental support for HP Reverb G2, HTC Vive Focus 3 and HTC Cosmos.

Please note that these headsets may not be supported by all OpenXR runtimes.

Enable your headset

If you're using one of these headsets, please follow these steps:

1. Install Freebird by following the Getting started guide.

2. Open the Preferences window by clicking Edit > Preferences > Add-ons and expanding the Freebird XR entry.

   

3. Enable your headset, e.g. HP Reverb G2 if you own that headset.

   

4. Close the Preferences window, and press Start VR.
