Select

You can select objects, bones, vertices/edges/faces etc using the Select tool.

Activate the tool

Point at the main menu, and click on the Select tool using your main hand's trigger button.

Select an item

Move the main hand's cursor over an item, and click the main trigger button. This will select the item under the cursor. Any existing selections will be de-selected.

Select multiple items

There are two ways to do this:

Option 1

Press and hold the alternate hand's trigger button.
Then click on each of the desired items, one by one, using the main trigger button.

Option 2

Press and hold the main trigger button in empty space (i.e. not intersecting with any item).
Then move the main cursor through each of the items that you wish to select.

De-select everything

Click the main trigger in empty space (i.e. not intersecting with any item). This will de-select everything.

Toggle the selection of items, i.e. de-select only some items

Press and hold the alternate hand's trigger button.
Then click on each of the desired items, one by one, using the main trigger button.

This will toggle each item's selection (i.e. selected items will be de-selected, and vice-versa).

Change the cursor size used for selection

Push the joystick on the main controller right or left, to increase or decrease the cursor's size.
